摘  要:【目的】为评价寒地水稻种质资源移栽至成熟期抗旱性,并筛选抗旱性鉴定指标。【方法】水稻返青后开始全生育期干旱处理,以穗数、穗粒数、结实率等17个性状的抗旱系数为指标,采用对数主成分分析、聚类分析和逐步回归分析相结合的方法,对12份种质资源的抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】利用主成分分析将水分胁迫下17个单项指标的抗旱系数转化为5个相互独立的综合指标,累积贡献率达84.215%。依据参试材料抗旱综合评价值进行聚类分析,将12个参试材料划分强抗旱型、中抗旱型和敏感型。强抗旱类型包括DPB71和莹稻2;抗旱类型包括DPB120、DPB70、绥稻3号等9份材料;敏感类型仅包括绥育146。以综合抗旱S_(f)值为因变量,17个单项指标的抗旱系数为自变量建立逐步回归方程,穗数、穗粒数、千粒重、伤流量、胞间隙CO_(2)浓度、气孔导度、SPAD、过氧化物酶、游离脯氨酸含量等9个指标的抗旱系数进入方程。【结论】DPB71和莹稻2为强抗旱水稻种质资源,穗数、穗粒数、千粒重、伤流量、胞间隙CO_(2)浓度、气孔导度、SPAD、过氧化物酶、游离脯氨酸含量的抗旱系数适宜作为寒地粳稻抗旱性的鉴定指标。【Objective】The study aimed to evaluate the drought resistance of rice germplasm resources transplanted to maturity in cold areas,and to screen drought resistance identification indexes.【Method】The drought treatment of the whole growth period was started after the rice turned green.Taking the drought resistance coefficient of 17 traits such as panicle number,panicle grain number,and seed setting rate as the indexes,a combination of logarithmic principal component analysis,cluster analysis and stepwise regression analysis was used to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of 12 germplasm resources.【Result】The results showed that the principal component analysis was used to transform the drought resistance coefficient of 17 individual indicators under water stress into 5 independent comprehensive indicators,with a cumulative contribution rate of 84.215%.According to the comprehensive evaluation value of the drought resistance of the tested materials,cluster analysis was carried out to divide the 12 tested materials into strong drought resistance type,medium drought resistance type and sensitive type.Types of strong drought resistance included DPB71 and Yingdao 2;Types of drought resistance included 9 materials such as DPB120,DPB70 and Suidao 3;Sensitive types include only Suiyu 146.The comprehensive drought resistance Sf value was the dependent variable,and the drought resistance coefficients of the 17 individual indicators were used as independent variables to establish a stepwise regression equation.Number of panicles,number of ears per grain,thousand-grain weight,wound flow,intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance,SPAD,peroxide The drought resistance coefficients of 9 indicators such as enzyme and free proline content entered the equation.【Conclusion】DPB71 and Yingdao 2 were strong drought-tolerant rice germplasm resources.The number of panicles,panicle number,thousand-grain weight,wound flow rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,stomatal conductance,SPAD,the drought resistance
