摘  要:【目的】本文明确了添食枯草芽孢杆菌对斜纹夜蛾生长发育及中肠消化酶活力的影响。【方法】将枯草芽孢杆菌菌悬液分别配制成单位饲料含菌量分别为6×10^(8),6×10^(6)和6×10^(4 )cfu/g的含菌饲料,以不含菌的人工饲料作为对照(CK)。然后,将待测幼虫在初生阶段从正常饮食中转移到不同含菌量饮食中,连续喂食直至化蛹,并对斜纹夜蛾幼虫消化酶活力等指标进行测定统计。【结果】斜纹夜蛾幼虫在取食不同含菌量人工饲料下均能正常完成世代发育,但对其世代总历期有一定延滞效应;取食单位饲料含菌量为6×10^(6)cfu/g人工饲料幼虫相对取食率虽显著低于其余各组,但其食物转化率和食物利用率却显著高于其余各组;取食单位饲料含菌量为6×10^(8)cfu/g人工饲料幼虫相对生长率和近似消化率显著低于对照(CK)组,但其余各组之间差异不显著;此外,四龄幼虫蔗糖酶活力与其取食单位饲料含菌量成正比;取食单位饲料含菌量为6×10^(6)cfu/g人工饲料幼虫化蛹率以及蛹羽化率最高,虫/蛹重最重,单雌产卵量也最大。【结论】单位饲料含菌量为6×10^(6)cfu/g人工饲料对斜纹夜蛾幼虫具有较好的取食适合度。【Objective】This paper aimed to determine the effect of feeding Bacillus subtilis on the growth and development of Spodoptera litura larvae and the activity of digestive enzymes in the midgut.【Method】The suspension of B.subtilis was prepared into a feed containing bacteria with a unit feed of 6×10^(8),6×10^(6) and 6×10^(4) cfu/g,respectively,and an artificial feed without bacteria was usedas a control(CK).Then,the larvae to be tested were transferred from the normal diet to the diet with different bacterial content at the initial stage and continu-ously fed until pupation,and the indicators of the digestive enzyme activity of the S.litura larvae were measured and counted.【Result】The S.litura larvae could normally complete the development of generations under artificial diets with different bacterial contents,but had a cer-tain delay effect on the total period of their generations;Although the relative feeding rate of artificial feed larvae with a bacterial content of 6×10^(6) cfu/g per feeding unit was significantly lower than that of the other groups,their food conversion rate and food utilization rate are sig-nificantly higher than that of the other groups;The relative growth rate and approximate digestibility of the artificial feed larvae with a feed u-nit of 6×10^(8) cfu/g of bacteria were significantly lower than the control(CK)group,but the difference between the other groups was not sig-nificant;In addition,the invertase activity of fourth-instar larvae was directly proportional to the amount of bacteria in the feed unit;The a-mount of bacteria in the feed unit was 6×10^(6) cfu/g artificial feed,its larval pupation rate and pupal emergence rate were the highest,and the insect/pupa weight was the heaviest,and single female had the largest amount of eggs.【Conclusion】The artificial diet with a bacterial con-tent of 6×10^(6) cfu/g per unit feed had good food fitness for S.litura larvae.
