摘　　要：国家档案局颁布的《档案服务外包工作规范第2部分:档案数字化服务》(DA/T 68.2-2020)作为一部档案行业标准,对于档案服务外包中的档案数字化服务进行了规范说明,有利于档案数字化外包服务向职业化、标准化、规范化发展,也有利于档案事业在信息化时代中全数字化管理的实现。文章对其内容进行了解析,就其内容表述、安全条款、评价体系方面的不足提出了建议。As an archives industry standard,Speci⁃fications on the Work of Archives Service Outsourc⁃ing--Part 2:Archives Digitization Service(DA/T 68.2-2020)promulgated by National Archives Admin⁃istration of China normatively describes the archives digitization service in archives service outsourcing,which is conducive to developing archives service outsourcing service into professionalism,standardiza⁃tion and normalization and is also conducive to achiev⁃ing fully-digitalized management of archives cause in information age.Its contents are analyzed and the corresponding suggestions are provided for the short⁃age in contents statement,insurance clause and eval⁃uation system.
