摘　　要：从调研A企业实际需求出发,根据A企业提供的现有资料和图纸进行布局规划设计;根据布局设计好的方案进行客户需求效率测算,运用离散型仿真软件Flexsim对整个计算结果进行仿真模拟,以确保设计方案的可行性和实用性,具有一定的理论价值和实际意义。In this paper,starting with an investigation of the actual needs of the company A,we designed the layout of the warehouse of the company according to the data and drawings available from the company.Then we calculated the efficiency of customer demand according to the layout designed,and used the discrete simulation software Flexsim to simulate the entire calculation results so as to ensure the feasibility and practicality of the design.
