摘　　要：听力障碍通常给听力障人士带来病耻感,使其产生负面情感。本文通过对现有助听器设计现状和听障人士用户病耻感现状进行分析,提出基于用户病耻感的听障人士助听器设计思路。以期为听力障人士带来心理上的关怀和慰藉,同时为相关的产品设计提供一定的借鉴作用。Hearing impairment usually brings stigma to people with hearing impairment and causes them to have negative emotions.Based on the analysis of the current status of hearing aid design and the status of the stigma of users with hearing impairment and the results of the related influencing factors,this paper puts forward the idea of hearing aid design for people with hearing impairment based on user stigma.It is expected to bring psychological care and comfort to people with hearing impairment,which has reference significance and value for product design under the concept of stigma.
