基于用户体验的移动医疗APP信息可视化设计研究

摘　　要：移动互联网的高速发展,带动了移动医疗APP井喷式增长,但目前存在用户体验差、同质化严重、信息可视化效率低等问题。本文针对移动医疗APP的发展现状,结合用户体验,提出移动医疗APP信息可视化设计思路:本能层聚焦用户的感官体验、行为层聚焦用户与产品的交互行为、反思层聚焦用户的精神层面体验,从初级到高级全面提升用户体验,为移动医疗APP信息可视化设计带来新的思路和借鉴。The rapid development of mobile Internet has led to the explosive growth of mobile medical APP,but there are some problems such as poor user experience,serious homogenization and low efficiency of information visualization.In view of the development status of mobile medical APP and combined with user experience,this paper puts forward the idea of information visualization design of mobile medical APP:The instinctive layer focuses on the sensory experience of users,the behavioral layer focuses on the interaction between users and the product,and the reflective layer focuses on the spiritual experience of users,comprehensively improving the user experience from the primary to the advanced level,and bringing new ideas and references for the information visualization design of mobile medical APP.
