摘 要:哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司研发的全空冷300Mvar调相机在解决特高压直流输电工程大容量动态无功支撑方面发挥着重要的作用,受限于高电磁性能及过负荷工况要求,全空冷300Mvar调相机通风冷却系统的设计成为了调相机开发的难点之一。本文介绍了新型全空冷300Mvar调相机通风冷却系统结构,定子采用多路通风设计,转子本体采用斜副槽变槽楔出风孔,转子端部采用两路通风,端部结构件采用单独风道特别是铜屏蔽采用双面冷却,最大程度优化风量分配,控制发热部件温升。采用流体动力分析的方法计算了调相机的风量分配,采用有限元法计算了发热部件的稳态及瞬态温度分布,研究了调相机各种运行工况的定、转子温度变化,验证了通风系统结构的有效性,实现了调相机高发热参数下的全空气冷却。The all-air-cooled 300Mvar synchronous condenser developed by HEC plays an important role in solving the large-capacity dynamic reactive power support of UHVDC transmission projects.The design of ventilation and cooling system has become one of the difficulties in the development of the air-cooled 300Mvar synchronous condenser,which is limited by the requirements of high electromagnetic performance and overload conditions.This paper introduces the structure of the new all-air-cooled 300Mvar synchronous condenser ventilation and cooling system.The stator adopts multichannel ventilation design,the rotor body winding adopts inclined auxiliary slot and variable slot wedge outlet,the rotor end winding adopts two-way ventilation,and the stator end structure adopts separate air duct,in particular the copper shield uses double-sided cooling to optimize the distribution of air volume to the greatest extent and control the temperature rise of heating components.The air flow distribution of the synchronous condenser was calculated by the method of fluid dynamic analysis,the steady and transient temperature distribution of the heating components were calculated by the finite element method,the stator and rotor temperature changes of the synchronous condenser under all operating conditions were studied.The ventilation was verified and the all-air cooling method was achieved on this high electromagnetic parameters synchronous condenser.
