摘 要:本文针对高速永磁电机工况下,转子高速旋转产生的离心拉应力会损坏永磁转子的问题,基于不同的转子护套材料,对高速永磁电机转子的动态过盈量及强度进行研究。论文对两种不同合金保护套的永磁转子静态过盈量及压力进行了理论分析,根据计算的过盈量,采用接触有限元法分析比较两种护套和永磁体的应力及表面变形量。结果表明:实际测量值与理论分析值、ANSYS的仿真结果接近,能够为电机的转子护套选材提供参考。Aiming at the problem that the centrifugal tensible stress produced by the high-speed rotation of the rotor will damage the permanent magnets under the working condition of high-speed permanent magnet motor,this paper studies the dynamic interference and strength of the high-speed permanent magnet rotor based on different rotor sheath materials.The dynamic interference and pressure of permanent magnet rotor with two different alloy sleeve are analyzed theoretically.The results show that the practical measured value and theoretical analysis values are close to the simulation results of ANSYS,which can provide reference for material selection of rotor sheath of brushless machine.
