摘  要:轴流转桨式水轮机由于叶片和导叶能实现协联调节,能有效地利用水力资源而获得广泛应用,自20世纪20年代诞生以来相关技术得到快速发展。本文从轴流转桨式水轮机多种型式的转轮叶片转动机构技术改进的视角,对轴流转桨式水轮机转轮结构的演变历程,不同转轮叶片转动机构的特点及其优缺点进行了综述和评价。通过对其演变历程的梳理,指出了未来轴流转桨式转轮结构发展和改进的方向,以启发水轮机研发工作者进一步探索和改进转桨式水轮机,促进我国转桨式水轮机的发展。Because of the coordinated regulation of blades and guide vanes and the effective utilization of hydraulic resources,Kaplan turbine has been widely used and the technology has developed rapidly since its birth in 1920s.Based on the perspective of technical improvement of various types of blade rotating mechanism of Kaplan turbine,the evolution of the structure of Kaplan turbine runner,the characteristics and advantages and disadvantages of different blade rotating mechanisms are summarized and evaluated in this paper.By carding the evolution of blade rotating mechanism of Kaplan runner,the direction of structural development and improvement of Kaplan runner in the future is pointed out,so as to inspire the R&D workers to further explore and improve Kaplan turbine technology,and promote the development of Kaplan turbine technology in China.
