摘 要:国内电厂每年几乎都有集电环事故发生,目前缺少准确评估集电环运行状态的方法,还不能有效识别出集电环运行状态是否存在风险。本文介绍了集电环相关结构、影响集电环发热因素、集电环温度的测量方法等,提出了采用集电环平均温升评估集电环运行状态的方法,将集电环运行状态划分为4个等级并给出检修建议。通过实例应用验证了该方法可有效判断集电环运行是否存在风险,对集电环安全运行及检修维护具有重要意义。Accidents of collector ring occur almost every year in domestic power plants.At present,there is a lack of accurate assessment method for collector ring operating state,and it is still unable to effectively identify whether there is risk in collector ring operating state.This paper introduces the relevant structure of collector ring,the influence factors of collector ring heating and the temperature measurement method,puts forward the method of using the average temperature rise of collector ring to evaluate the operation state of collector ring,divides the operation state of collector ring into four states,and gives the maintenance suggestions.An example is used to verify that the method can effectively judge the risk of collector ring operation,which is of great significance to the safe operation and maintenance of collector ring.
