大柴胡汤加减方治疗高血压脑出血的前瞻性研究

摘　　要：目的:探索针对高血压脑出血疾病有效合理地治疗方式,并将其应用于临床治疗和预后工作中,进而为制定相应的治疗措施提供参考。方法:选取本院脑病科在2019年6月至2020年6月收治的100例高血压脑出血(HICH)患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予大柴胡汤加减方治疗。疗程结束后,分别进行血液流变学和全血粘度指标,脑部头颅CT,血压,NIHSS评分和BI评分等检测。结果:研究结果显示,大柴胡汤加减方治疗对高血压脑出血病人具有明显的改善血液循环的效果;观察组在治疗后的颅内血肿的残余量的降低情况更明显;大柴胡汤加减方的治疗使高血压脑出血患者的神经功能缺损程度以及日常生活能力都得到了改善。结论:大柴胡汤加减方在治疗高血压脑出血和预后方面都具有疗效,对血肿吸收具有积极作用。Objective:Explore effective and reasonable treatment methods for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage diseases,and apply them to clinical treatment and prognostic work,thus provide reference for formulating corresponding treatment measures.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage(HICH)admitted to the Department of Encephalopathy of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomLy divided into the control group and the observer group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observer group was given modified Dachaihu Decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.After the treatment,hemorheology and whole blood viscosity indexes,brain CT,blood pressure,NIHSS score and BI score were detected.Results:The research results showed that the treatment of Dachaihu soup and subtraction significantly improved blood circulation in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,increased the reduction of intracranial hematoma after the treatment,and improved the neurofunction defect and daily life ability of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Conclusion:Dachaihu soup and subtraction in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and prognosis and positive effect on hematoma absorption.
