摘 要:起重机械起升机构工作过程中下降过程是电机工作状态变化最多,也是相对其他过程控制较复杂的过程.下降过程的控制一旦出现问题就会造成很严重的后果和损失.现有的超速保护方式或多或少都会改动原设备的控制线路和机械结构,可能会对原设备的稳定性造成影响.针对这一问题,本文基于电机学和电机拖动基础分析了起升机构工作时电机的工作机理.基于嵌入式开发技术设计了一种新型超速保护装置,在尽可能少干涉原设备的控制线路和机械结构的情况下实现超速保护.The descending process of the hoisting mechanism of the hoisting machinery is the most change of the working state of the motor,and it is a relatively complicated process compared with other processes.Once the control of the decline process occurs,it will cause serious consequences and losses.The existing overspeed protection method will change the control circuit and mechanical structure of the original equipment more or less,which may affect the stability of the original equipment.Aiming at this problem,this paper analyzes the working mechanism of the motor when the hoisting mechanism works based on the motor science and motor drag.Based on the embedded development technology,a new overspeed protection device is designed to achieve overspeed protection with minimal interference with the control circuit and mechanical structure of the original equipment.
