摘　　要：创新是持续发展的原动力,本文描述了某核电厂深刻领悟创新对于企业发展的重要性,借助"创新驱动"思想的"东风",大力推行和鼓励创新.并以装卸料设备和起重机为缩影,介绍了在装卸料设备和起重机上采取的一系列创新措施,以及通过实践取得的良好效应,为其他核电厂装卸料设备和起重机管理,乃至核电厂整个设备管理提升提供新的思路.Innovation is the source power of sustainable development.This paper describes that a nuclear power plant deeply understands the importance of innovation for enterprise development,and vigorously promotes and encourages innovation with the help of the"east wind"of the party's"innovation driven"thought.Taking the loading and unloading equipment and crane as the epitome,this paper introduces a series of innovative measures taken on the loading and unloading and lifting equipment,as well as the good effects achieved through practice,which provides a new idea for the management of loading and unloading equipment and crane in other nuclear power plants,and even the whole equipment management of nuclear power plants.
