摘  要:合成了丙烯酰乙二胺-β-环糊精(6-EA-β-CD),通过红外光谱和质谱对其结构进行表征。采用一步键合法制备了6-EA-β-CD毛细管电色谱整体柱,优化制柱条件。采用扫描电镜对整体柱柱内固定相形貌进行表征。以硫脲、D,L-丙氨酸和盐酸班布特罗对映体对柱性能进行评价。结果表明,该制备方法简单,且所得的6-EA-β-CD毛细管电色谱整体柱具有较强的手性拆分能力。Acrylethylenediamine-β-cyclodextrin(6-EA-β-CD)was synthesized,and its structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry.The monolithic column of 6-EA-β-CD capillary electrochromatography was prepared by one-step bonding method,and the column preparation conditions were optimized.The morphology of stationary phase in the monolithic column was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The performance of the column was evaluated with thiourea,D,L-alanine and bambuterol hydrochloride.The results showed that the preparation method was simple,and the obtained monolithic column of 6-EA-β-CD capillary electrochromatography exhibited an excellent ability of enantioseparation and simple operation.
