摘　　要：城市服务功能在提升城市空间价值和人民生活质量的同时,对创造区域经济发展的正外部性和优化区域空间结构均有重要作用。该文在定量分析2002-2019年江苏省各县市城市服务功能的基础上,综合应用空间自相关分析、变异系数和多元回归分析等方法对地区城市服务功能时空演变特征及影响机理进行剖析。研究结果表明:研究时段内江苏省各县市的交通运输、信息服务和资金流通功能均快速提升,但3种功能的区域差异十分显著,苏南相关功能指数最强,苏北增速最快;当前江苏省城市服务功能结构正由过去的“四沿”向“五沿”方向加速转变,但各轴线间存在城市服务功能断层问题;城市行政等级、地均GDP、信息产业从业人数和每万人互联网接入用户数是江苏省城市服务功能演变最主要的影响因子。其中,城市自身综合发展水平是内生动力,城市行政等级是外生动力,以地均GDP等为代表的联动因子是动力基础。Urban service function plays an important role in creating positive externalities of regional economic development and optimizing regional spatial structure,while enhancing urban space value and people′s living quality.Therefore,this paper applied spatial autocorrelation analysis,coefficient of variation and multiple linear regression to explore the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics and influence mechanism of urban service functions in Jiangsu Province comprehensively,based on the quantitative analysis of the typical urban service functions(including transportation,information service and capital circulation)at county scale from 2002 to 2019.The results were shown as follows.1)The transportation,information service and capital circulation functions of each county in Jiangsu Province all increased rapidly during the study period,but the regional differences in the above functions were significant,with the strongest index of related functions in southern Jiangsu,but the fastest growth rate in northern Jiangsu.2)At present,the service function structure of Jiangsu Province was accelerating from the"four along"to the"five along",but there still existed some problems of function discontinuity among the axes.3)Urban administrative levels,GDP per land,the number of employees in the information industry,and the number of Internet users per 10000 people were the most important factors affecting the evolution of urban service functions in Jiangsu Province.In addition,the comprehensive development level of the city itself was the endogenous driving force,the urban administrative level was the exogenous driving force,and the linkage factor represented by the GDP per land was the driving force foundation.
