中新牛肉贸易发展对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着中国对牛肉需求量的不断增加,国内牛肉供应缺口较大,而随着牛肉进口量的不断加大,中国已经超越南美成为新西兰牛肉贸易的主要市场,占其出口总量的32.9%。该文对中国进口新西兰牛肉贸易现状进行了研究,分析了中新牛肉贸易具有进口数量增速明显、进口冰鲜牛肉占比增高、单位进口额仅略高于世界平均水平、成本优势突出等特点。梳理了中新牛肉进口现状,指出了中国牛肉进口发展中存在的进口贸易发展不稳定、合作以市场交易为主、企业间合作不足以及进口数量激增对国内牛肉市场产生冲击等问题,并提出了促进中国肉牛产业健康发展的对策建议。In recent years,the demand for beef in China has been increasing,and the domestic beef supply gap is large.With the increasing trade of beef,China surpasses South America and becomes the main market of New Zealand beef export,accounting for 32.9%of its total export.In this paper,the present situation of China′s import trade to New Zealand is studied,and the characteristics of the import of new beef are analyzed.In this paper,the problems of unstable import trade,market-based cooperation,insufficient inter-firm cooperation and the surge of import quantity have impacted the domestic beef market in the development of beef import in China are put forward.
