摘 要:运用流体体积(volume of fluid,VOF)法两相流模型,结合自适应网格加密技术、重叠网格和动网格技术,建立了连杆大头喷油飞溅过程的计算模型,验证了模型的可靠性。分析了喷油飞溅过程,探讨了喷油速度与喷油孔偏角对气缸壁上机油量的影响。结果表明:在发动机工作的大部分时间里,左侧缸壁的润滑效果要好于右侧缸壁。较大的喷孔喷油速度,能更早地润滑右侧缸壁,改善右侧壁面润滑条件。喷油孔适当右偏也能提前润滑右侧缸壁,改善右侧缸壁的润滑,使两侧缸壁机油分布更加均匀。但是喷孔偏角较大时,反而会影响左侧缸壁的润滑。为了使左右两侧缸壁油量分布更均匀,当喷油孔喷油速度较大时,喷孔往右偏的角度应该更大。Based on the volume of fluid(VOF)two-phase flow model,combined with adapt mesh refine(AMR)technique,overset grid technique,and dynamic mesh technique,a calculation model of the splash process of the con-rod big end hole oil injection was established.The reliability of the model was verified.The splash process of oil injection was analyzed,and the influence of oil injection velocity and the con-rod big end hole deflection angle on the amount of oil on the cylinder wall was discussed.The results show that the lubrication effect of the left cylinder wall is better than that of the right cylinder wall during most of the engine working time.Higher nozzle injection speed can lubricate the right cylinder wall earlier and improve the lubrication condition of the right sidewall.Proper right deviation of the fuel injection hole can also lubricate the right cylinder wall in advance,improve the lubrication of the right cylinder wall,and make the oil distribution on both sides of the cylinder wall more even.However,when the jet hole deflection angle is large,it will affect the lubrication of the left cylinder wall.In order to make the oil distribution on the left and right sides of the cylinder wall more uniform,when the ingection velocity of the injection hole is large,the angle of injection hole to the right should be larger.
