摘 要:为了同步提高船用柴油机电控喷油系统高速电磁阀的开启和关闭响应速度,提出了一种双复位弹簧的设计方案。首先采用数值模拟的方法建立了单弹簧电磁阀的数值仿真模型,在电磁阀试验台上验证了仿真模型的准确性,在此模型的基础上建立了双复位弹簧的电磁阀模型。研究了低刚度弹簧预紧力与刚度、高刚度弹簧刚度及高刚度弹簧端面与衔铁的初始间隙对电磁阀动态响应的影响。研究结果表明:相较于单弹簧的情形,双复位弹簧的设计可以同时优化电磁阀的开启和关闭响应,特别当低刚度弹簧预紧力为110 N,刚度为16 N/mm,高刚度弹簧刚度为100 N/mm,高刚度弹簧端面与衔铁的初始间隙为0.01 mm时,电磁阀开启响应时间减少了1%,关闭响应时间减少了15.2%。In order to simultaneously improve the opening and closing response speed of high speed solenoid valve for marine diesel engine electronic fuel injection system,a design scheme of double return spring was proposed.A numerical simulation model of single spring solenoid valve was established by means of numerical simulation method,and the accuracy of the simulation model was verified on the solenoid valve test bed,and a solenoid valve model of the double return spring was established on the basis of the model.The influences of three parameters on the dynamic response of solenoid valve were studied which are the pre-load and stiffness of low stiffness spring,the stiffness of high stiffness spring and the initial gap between the end face of high stiffness spring and armature.The results show that compared with single spring,the design of the double return spring can optimize the electromagnetic valve opening and closing response at the same time.In particular,when the preload of the low stiffness spring is 110 N,the stiffness is 16 N/mm,the stiffness of the high-rigidity spring is 100 N/mm and the initial gap between the end face of the high-rigidity spring and the armature is 0.01 mm.The solenoid valve opening response time is reduced by 1%,and the closing response time is reduced by 15.2%.
