村庄规划中国土综合整治与生态修复模式研究——以临沂市书院社区为例

摘　　要：国土综合整治与生态修复规划模式研究可有效落实新时期村庄规划编制的全域全要素管控要求,拓展村庄建设用地之外的规划设计,弥补传统村庄规划编制的不足。文章以临沂市书院社区为例,基于"山水林田湖草"生命共同体理念,结合国土空间存在的问题和需求,以"田水路林村"为土地综合治理思路,构建全域国土综合整治与生态修复的技术框架,从太阳辐射分析、水文分析、微气候分析、灌排能力分析、水土流失风险分析等方面优化了乡村生产与生活空间布局,增强了村庄规划编制的科学性,从而为新时期国土空间规划体系下实用性村庄规划编制提供技术参考和理论借鉴。The study of land consolidation and ecological restoration planning model can effectively implement the whole region and all elements of village planning in the new era,expand planning and design beyond village construction land,and supplement the insufficient of traditional rural planning.Taking the Shuyuan community in Linyi City as an example,based on the concept of a“mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes and grasslands”life community,combined with the existing problems and needs of territorial spatial planning,with the idea of“land,waters,roads,forests,rural”as the land comprehensive management idea,a technical framework for integrated land consolidation and ecological restoration will be constructed.From the aspects of solar radiation analysis,hydrological analysis,microclimate analysis,irrigation and drainage capacity analysis,soil erosion risk analysis to optimize the layout of rural production and living space,strengthen the scientific nature of planning,and provide technical reference and ideas for the practical rural planning under the new era of territorial spatial planning system.
