摘　　要：为系统地剖析灾害脆弱性相关概念,提高灾害应对能力,本文采用文献研究等方法,查阅脆弱性、应急管理、风险管理、突发事件、承灾体、致灾因子、孕灾环境、暴露度、敏感性、恢复能力、韧性、抗逆性等概念文献,并提炼、界定、分析其相互联系。研究表明:对灾害脆弱性相关概念的探讨,对于灾害的减除、应对及恢复有重要基础支撑作用,有助于丰富完善灾害应急管理的基础理论。In order to dissect systematically the concepts of disaster vulnerability and enhance the ability to cope with disasters,in this paper,literature research method and other methods were used to consult literature related to the concepts of vulnerability,emergency management,risk management,emergency,disaster-bearing body,disaster-causing factor,disaster-bearing environment,exposure,sensitivity,recovery capability,resilience,stress resistance,etc.,and their interrelations were further refined,defined and analyzed.The research shows that the discussion of relevant concepts of disaster vulnerability plays an important role in the basic support of disaster reduction,response and recovery,and also helps to enrich and improve the basic theory of disaster emergency management.
