摘　　要：为解决H08A兑现率低,钢水可浇性差的问题,炼轧厂与国内某企业开展对标分析,结合夹杂物检测,从转炉造渣、吹氩站脱氧工艺调整、精炼炉成分控制、渣面脱氧工艺优化以及混浇坯划分着手,改善钢水可浇性,控制气泡缺陷,大幅度提升H08A兑现率。In order to solve the problem of low exchange rate of H08A and poor pouring ability of molten steel,we carried out benchmarking analysis with a domestic iron and steel enterprise,combined with inclusion detection,we improve the pouring property of molten steel,control bubble defects and improve the erxchange rate through slagging by converter,adjustment of deoxidation process in argon blowing station,the composition control by refining furnace,optimization of deoxidation process of slag surface and the division of mixed blank.
