摘　　要：酒钢炼铁厂有三个喷煤工序,共有五套磨煤机制粉系统。磨煤机在运行过程中受到原煤磨损、高温、高压、煤粉冲刷等工况条件影响,设备劣化问题较为严重。近年来通过对设备的不断探索与研究,喷煤设备运行平稳,在对设备钻研、改造过程中产出多项专有技术,专有技术的应用解决了现场重点、难点问题,为喷煤设备连续、可靠运行奠定了坚实的基础。There are three coal injection processes and five sets of coal mill pulverizing system in the iron works.The coal mill is subjected to raw coal wear during operation,high temperature,high pressure,pulverized coal scour influence of equal working conditions,the problem of equipment deterioration is more serious.In recent years,through continuous exploration and research on equipment,coal injection equipment runs smoothly.In the process of research and transformation of equipment,a number of proprietary technologies are produced,the application of proprietary technology solves the focus of the field difficult problem,continuous coal injection equipment relibility service laid a solid foundation.
