摘　　要：针对高速钢轧辊粗加工难度大、效率低下等问题,从高速钢轧辊的特点、机床性能、刀具材质、形状等方面进行分析,以PCBN圆刀具切削实物为研究对象,通过不同的工艺参数进行实验对比,验证刀具磨损的机理,选出合理的切削参数,达到提高加工效率的目的。The text aims at the questions on more hardness and lower efficiency for rough machining of the high-speed steel rollers,to analyze the variation of the features of high-speed steel rollers,the functions of machine,the material and the shape of tools and so on,and to carry out the object machined by the round PCBN tool as the experiment model,and to validate the principle of the tools wearing and tearing through the experiment contrast of different technological parameters,so as to pick up the reasonable parameters of machining,finally achieving the purpose to increase the efficiency of machining.
