摘 要:目的探讨电刺激联合生物反馈结合阴道哑铃训练对改善产后盆底肌肉张力的效果。方法选择2019年1至12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院分娩的产妇共110例进行前瞻性研究。纳入对象按照随机数字法分为研究组(n=55)和对照组(n=55),对照组采用阴道哑铃训练治疗,研究组采用阴道哑铃联合电刺激及生物反馈疗法。检测并观察对象盆底Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型肌纤维的肌力改善情况,计算治疗的总有效率并比较。结果治疗前,2组患者Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型肌纤维的肌力等级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组中Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型肌纤维肌力评价为Ⅴ级的患者的比率(38.18%)显著高于对照组(16.36%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(81.81%)明显高于对照组(63.63%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃训练对产后盆底肌恢复的效果明显优于单纯阴道哑铃训练的方法,故值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training on improving postpartum pelvic floor muscle condition;Methods A total of 110 women who gave birth in Anhui Medical University of the First Affiliated Hospital from January to December 2019 were prospectively studied.The included subjects were randomly divided into a research group(n=55)and a control group(n=55)according to the random number method.The control group was treated with vaginal dumbbell training.The research group combined biofeedback electrical stimulation therapy on this basis.The improvement of the muscle strength of the included pelvic floor type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fibers were detected and observed,and the total effective rate of treatment was calculated and compared.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups in the muscle strength of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fibers(P>0.05).After treatment,the proportion of patients with type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ muscle fiber muscle strength evaluated as grade V(38.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(16.36%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(81.81%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.63%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell training on postpartum pelvic floor muscle recovery is significantly better than the method of simple vaginal dumbbell training,so it is worthy of clinical application.
