摘  要:为研究不同带载方式对继电器电气特性的影响,在高温、低温环境下分别检测不同厂家生产的交流灯丝转换继电器电气特性。介绍JZSJC型交流灯丝转换继电器结构、试验方法,通过试验得出以下结论:不同带载方式会导致继电器在高低温环境下的电气特性出现比较明显差异。建议修订TB/T 2657—2016《JZSJC型交流灯丝转换继电器》时,明确高低温环境下开展试验的带载方式,以免检测结果出现较大偏差,影响对产品质量的评价。In order to study the influence of different loading methods on the electrical characteristics of the relay,the electrical characteristics of the alternating-current filament transform relay produced by different manufacturers are tested under high and low temperature environments.The structure and test methods of JZSJC alternating-current filament transform relay are introduced.Through the test,the following conclusions are drawn:different loading meth⁃ods will lead to obvious differences in the test characteristics of the relay under high and low temperature environ⁃ments.It is recommended that TB/T 2657—2016 JZSJC alternating-current filament transform relay shall clarify the loading methods for testing under high and low temperature environments at the time of revision,so as to avoid large deviations in the test results and affect the evaluation of product quality.
