摘  要:抽水蓄能电站是世界公认的运行灵活且安全可靠的调峰电源,并逐步成为电网调峰调频及平抑可再生能源负荷波动的重要组成部分。但由于抽蓄机组的多源异质特性以及其评价指标和方法各异,给综合评价抽蓄机组功率调节性能带来巨大挑战。充分调研国内外相关研究成果,对抽蓄机组功率调节性能进行分析,介绍了综合评价的评价指标、指标体系以及评价方法,探讨了抽蓄机组功率调节评价研究的发展趋势,从而为抽水蓄能工程的应用与发展提供有力支撑。Pumped storage power station is well-recognized as a flexible,safe and reliable peak regulation power source worldwide.It has gradually become an important part of grid peak regulation and frequency and controlling fluctuations of renewable energy load.However,it is a great challenge to comprehensively evaluate the power regulation performance of the pumped storage units due to their multi-source heterogeneity and their different evaluation indexes and methods.Firstly,we fully investigate the relevant research results at home and abroad,and analyze the power regulation performance of pumping units.Moreover,we introduce the existing evaluation indexes,index systems and evaluation methods of comprehensive evaluation.Finally,we discuss the development trend of power regulation evaluation research of pumping units so as to provide strong support for the application and development of pumped storage engineering.
