经济圈空间经济关联与增长:基于泛成渝地区的经验分析

摘　　要：面对重大机遇的“十四五”时期,构建西部地区经济发展新格局,对实现区域协调发展具有重要意义。本文采用构建邻接矩阵、地理矩阵与经济地理矩阵的研究方法,利用空间杜宾模型对2008—2019年泛成渝地区经济圈地级市的面板数据进行计量分析。研究发现,该区域在资本、技术以及教育方面的投入具有显著的空间溢出效应,劳动力的空间溢出效应系数为负;贵阳与成都、重庆的关联系数大于西安与成都重庆的关联系数,它的第二产业对GDP的贡献率超过第三产业对GDP的贡献率。强化增长极城市对区域经济增长的作用,带动周边地区经济发展。从政策、资源禀赋、生态发展的角度提出相关政策建议,以推动泛成渝地区区域经济协调发展。In the face of major opportunities during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,building a new pattern of economic development in the western region is of great significance to achieving coordinated regional development.This paper adopts the research method of constructing adjacency matrix,geographic matrix and economic geographic matrix,and uses the Spatial Dubin Model to conduct quantitative analysis on the panel data of the prefecture-level cities in the economic circle of Pan-Chengdu-Chongqing area from 2008 to 2019.The study found that the investment in capital,technology,and education in this region has significant spatial spillover effects,and the spatial spillover effect coefficient of labor is negative;the correlation coefficient between Guiyang and Chengdu,Chongqing is greater than the that between Xi’an and Chengdu,Chongqing,and the contribution rate of its secondary industry to GDP exceeds that of the tertiary industry.We should strengthen the role of growth pole cities in regional economic growth and promote the economic development of surrounding areas,and put forward relevant policy recommendations from the perspectives of policy,resource endowment and ecological development to promote the coordinated development of the regional economy in this area.
