摘 要:对某电厂超临界350 MW机组深度调峰工况下锅炉运行方式进行了试验研究,分析了锅炉不同的磨煤机组合方式对锅炉运行经济性与安全性的影响,对2台磨运行方式下,锅炉稳燃情况进行试验研究。试验结果表明:3台磨运行方式下SCR入口NOx浓度、制粉系统运行安全性、壁温、运行经济性等均优于4台磨运行方式。将锅炉调整至2台磨运行时,锅炉能够保证燃烧的稳定性。深度调峰工况下锅炉运行氧量高,SCR反应器入口NOx浓度高,水动力抗干扰能力差等问题,仍有待进一步解决。The boiler operation mode of a 350 MW supercritical unit under the condition of deep peak load regulation was studied.The influence of different combination of coal mills on boiler operation economy and safety was analyzed.The stable combustion of boiler under the operation mode of two mills was studied.The test results showed that the SCR inlet NOx concentration,pulverizing system operation safety,wall temperature and operation economy of three mills are better than those of four mills.When the boiler is adjusted to two mills,the boiler can ensure the stability of combustion.Under the condition of deep peak shaving,the problems such as high oxygen content in boiler operation,high NOx concentration at SCR reactor inlet and poor hydrodynamic anti-interference ability still needed to be solved.
