基于物联网的智能制造程序下载系统的研究

摘　　要：网络通信技术的迅速发展,推动了物联网的发展。基于物联网技术设计开发了智能制造程序下载系统,该系统由生产程序下载装置、远端服务器及继电保护装置3部分组成。通过扫描继电保护装置二维码,生产程序下载装置,可自动获取远端服务器存储的程序,实现智能制造程序自动化下载。采用该方法能够克服场地限制、避免重复的人工手动劳动,进而提高生产效率及提升测试灵活性。The rapid development of network communication technology promotes the development of internet of things.An intelligent manufacturing program download system is developed based on the internet of things.The system consists of three parts:the production program download device,the remote server and the relay protection device.By scanning the two-dimensional code of the relay protection device,the production program download device can automatically obtain the program which stored in the remote server and complete the download.Finally,the automatic download of the intelligent manufacturing program is realized.This method can overcome the limitation of site,avoid the repeated manual labor,and can improve the production efficiency and test flexibility.
