摘　　要：回顾CCDI在数年前设计的深圳市软件产业基地项目,从立体空间、动线组织、单体形态等方面分析设计的技术策略,反思在今日逐渐严谨、趋于货值计算的开发主导原则下,如何把控高质量的建筑设计,从而提升城市的土地价值和形象。This paper reviews the Shenzhen Software Base project designed by CCDI several years ago,reviews the technical strategies of design from tridimensional space,moving line organization,monomer form and other aspects,and reflects on how to control high-quality architectural design under the development-oriented principle of value calculation,so as to enhance the land value and image of the city.
