摘　　要：目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定波仁阿如-10丸中羟基红花黄色素A含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对波仁阿如-10丸中的羟基红花黄色素A进行含量测定。色谱条件为:采用C 18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),柱温35℃,以甲醇-乙腈-0.7%磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至6.0±0.1)(19∶2∶79)为流动相,检测波长403nm,流速1mL/min,进样量20μl。结果:色谱峰分离情况良好,羟基红花黄色素A在4.66μg/mL~93.10μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.99998);平均加样回收率为99.86%,RSD=1.17%(n=9)。结论:本法建立的含量测定方法简便准确、专属性强、重复性好,可用于波仁阿如-10丸的质量控制。Objective:To determinate the contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Borenaru-10 pills.Methods:An HPLC method was used and chromatographic column C18 was selected(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),the column temperature was 35℃,the mobile phase was consisted of methanol-acetonitrile -0.7% phosphoric acid solution(adjust pH to 6.0±0.1 with triethylamine)which were used(19∶2∶79)as mobile phase.The detecting wave length and velocity were 403 nm and 1.0 mL/min repectively and sample quantity 20μ1.Results:There were established a good linear relation between 4.66~93.10μg/mL of hydroxysafflor yellow A,r=0.99998,the average recovery was 99.86%,RSD was 1.17%(n=9).Conclusion:The method had the advantages of simple and easy operation,sensitive and accurate and exhibited a good separation effect.The methods were can be used to determination of contents and quality control of the Borenaru-10 Pill.
