连云港市农产品质量安全形势分析及建议

摘　　要：为强化农产品质量安全风险预警,全面掌握连云港市地产农产品质量安全状况,及时发现和消除安全隐患,科学指导农产品生产,在连云港市开展了农产品质量安全风险监测工作。根据2020年市级风险监测方案,对全市主要种植业生产基地的蔬菜样品进行了例行监测和专项监测,根据监测结果分析发现,风险大的产品风险依然较大(芹菜、普通白菜、茼蒿、叶用莴苣等)、高风险蔬菜需要持续跟进(芹菜、豇豆、韭菜等),并提出加强监管的针对性、建立健全市场倒逼机制等建议。In order to strengthen the early warning of the quality and safety risk of agricultural products,comprehensively grasp the quality and safety situation of the local agricultural products in Lianyungang city,timely discover and eliminate the potential safety hazards,and scientifi cally guide the production of agricultural products,the quality and safety risk monitoring of agricultural products was carried out in Lianyungang city.According to the municipal risk monitoring plan in 2020,routine monitoring and special monitoring were carried out on the vegetable samples of the main planting production bases in the city.According to the analysis of monitoring results,it was found that the risk of high-risk products was still high(celery,common cabbage,chrysanthemum,leaf lettuce and so on),and high-risk vegetables needed to be monitored continuously(celery,cowpea,leek and so on).And the countermeasures were put forward,such as strengthening the pertinence of supervision,establishing and improving the market force mechanism and so on.
