摘  要:树突状细胞(dendritic cell,DC)作为免疫系统的重要组成部分,在连通固有免疫与获得性免疫中扮演着重要角色。银屑病患者皮损中存在大量不同细胞亚群的树突状细胞浸润。树突状细胞除了可以通过识别、摄取并递呈抗原等影响疾病启动环节,还可以在病程中、后期通过分泌相关细胞因子促进T细胞的增殖分化以启动下游免疫反应,或维持炎症微环境等调控银屑病的发展。本文旨在总结树突状细胞在银屑病发展中的作用及机制。As a critical part of the immune system,dendritic cell plays an important role in connecting innate immunity and acquired immunity.A large number of dendritic cells in various cell subsets are found in the lesions of patients with psoriasis.In recent years,it has been realized that dendritic cells can not only affect the initiation of disease by recognizing,uptaking and presenting antigens,but regulate the development of psoriasis by secreting relevant cytokines to promote T cell proliferation and differentiation to initiate downstream immune response or maintain inflammatory microenvironment in the intermediate or late stage of the disease.Due to the role of dendritic cells played in all stages of the disease,this research aims to summarize the role and mechanism of dendritic cells in the development of psoriasis.
