摘　　要：党章是党的根本大法,是党的经典,是党的百科全书,也是浓缩的党史。以党章为视角回顾我们党百年探索、百年奋斗的光辉历程,可以从中总结出百年党建的主要经验:始终牢记宗旨,不忘初心使命;始终高举旗帜,加强理论武装;夯实组织基础,发挥组织优势;坚持党员标准,发挥先锋作用;坚持党管干部,建设高素质干部队伍;严明铁的纪律,保持步调一致;完善领导体制,坚持党的全面领导;健全党内法规,坚持依规治党。The Constitution of the Communist Party of China is the Party’s fundamental law,which is also a classic,encyclopedia,and condensed version of the Party’s history.Reviewing the glorious history of the Party’s exploration and struggle in a century from the perspective of its constitution,we can sum up the main experiences of party building:the Party should always keep in mind its goal and never forget its original aspiration;hold high its banner and constantly strengthen its theoretical arms;consolidate organizational foundation and give full play to its organizational advantages;remain strict with the criterion for party members and play a vanguard role;take the responsibility of carder management and build a high-quality cadre team;enforce strict discipline and maintain a consistent pace for the whole party;improve leadership system and maintain all round leadership;and improve internal regulations and ensure governance in accordance with the regulations.
