摘 要:在酚、醇和酚醇联用的不同液化体系下对稻草秸秆进行液化,将液化产物掺入基质沥青中,制备生物沥青。结果表明,在酚醇联用体系下且液化产物掺量为10%时,所制备的生物沥青性能最佳,其针入度、软化点、延度均符合要求,并一定程度上改善了基质沥青的低温性能。秸秆在酚醇联用(聚乙二醇400∶丙三醇∶苯酚=1∶1∶1)体系下进行液化的工艺条件为:90 min,140℃,固液比1∶4,固催比1∶0.1,压力1 MPa。Rice straw was liquefied under different liquefaction systems combined with phenol,polyhydric alcohols and phenol-polyhydric alcohols,the liquefied products into the matrix asphalt to prepared bio-asphalt.The results showed that:under the phenol-polyhydric alcohols combination system and the liquefied product dosage was 10%,the prepared bio-asphalt had the best performance,the penetration,softening point,and ductility all met the requirements,and to a certain extent,the low temperature performance of matrix asphalt was improved.Hence,Our work has proved that straw be liquefied under the system of phenol-alcohol(polyethylene glycol 400∶glycerol∶phenol=1∶1∶1),and the recommended liquefaction process was:90 min,140℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶4,solid-catalyst ratio 1∶0.1,pressure 1 MPa.
