摘 要:以磺酸盐双子表面活性剂为主剂,通过添加有机醇NA、纤维素纳米纤维构筑出一种耐温清洁压裂液,研究了耐温增稠机理,并评价了清洁压裂液的性能。结果表明,有机醇NA和纤维素纳米纤维的加入使得溶液胶束尺寸增大,微观结构排列更加紧密复杂,耐温性显著提升。在100℃、170 s^(-1)下,清洁压裂液黏度在20 mPa·s以上,具有配制工艺简单、耐温抗剪切性能好、黏弹性强、携砂性能好、对岩心伤害小等优点,破胶后残液表面张力低(<30 mN/m),符合矿场施工需求,具有应用于中高温油藏的潜力。With sulfonate Gemini surfactant as the main agent,a temperature-resistant clean fracturing fluid was constructed by adding organic alcohol NA and cellulose nanofibers.The temperature-resistant thickening mechanism was studied,and the performance of the clean fracturing fluid was evaluated.The results show that the addition of organic alcohol NA and cellulose nanofibers increases the size of the solution micelles,the arrangement of the microstructure is more compact and complex,and the temperature resistance is significantly improved.At 100℃ and 170 s^(-1),the viscosity of clean fracturing fluid is above 20 mPa·s.It has the advantages of simple preparation process,good temperature resistance and shear resistance,strong viscoelasticity,good sand-carrying performance,and little damage to the core.The surface tension of the residual liquid after glue is low(<30 mN/m),which meets the requirements of mine construction and has the potential to be used in medium and high temperature oil reservoirs.
