摘  要:由一种传统酸化缓蚀主剂“氯化苄基喹啉季铵盐”经缩合得到一种新型二聚物。通过核磁共振、红外等表征确认季铵盐及其缩合物的纯度与化学结构后,通过静态失重、电化学评价等对比研究了二聚缩合物与传统季铵盐在15%浓盐酸中对N80钢的缓蚀性能,并结合分子动力学模拟结果探讨了其缓蚀机理。结果表明,缩合物较传统季铵盐缓蚀性能显著增强,在加量为0.03%时,便可将90℃、15%盐酸中N80试片的腐蚀速率降至5.0 g/(m 2·h)以下,而后者在加量为1%时,仅可将腐蚀速率降低至233.72 g/(m 2·h)。电化学评价结果显示,二聚缩合物是以阳极型为主的混合型缓蚀剂,且具有相较于其前体物季铵盐更低的生物毒性,体现出一定的低毒环保优势。The inhibitive dimer indolizine derivative was synthesized from N-benzylquinolinium chloride,which is used as the key component among the conventional acidizing corrosion inhibitors.The accurate chemical structures of the quinolinium salts were characterized by IR and NMR.The anti-corrosion performance of the inhibitors to N80 steel was investigated by static weight loss measurement as well as electrochemical method in 15% hydrochloric acid.The results showed that the corrosion speed of N80 steel at 90℃ in 15% hydrochloric acid was reduced to 5.0 g/(m^(2)·h)at 0.03% concentration of the derivative,while the corrosion speed merely reached 233.72 g/(m^(2)·h)at 1% concentration of the N-benzylquinolinium chloride.Polarization results indicate that the examined two compounds are of mixed-type inhibitor.The results of the biotoxicity test confirmed that the indolizine derivatives could exhibit the low-toxic advantages compared with the precursor quaternary ammonium salt inhibitor.
