摘 要:研究了五种EO数为9,不同疏水尾链结构的非离子型表面活性剂异构癸醇聚氧乙烯醚(1009)、异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚(1309)、C_(12-14)脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯(LAE-9)、C_(12-14)脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物(FMEE-24-09)和C_(12-14)脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO_(9))的性能,主要包括浊点、耐碱性、平衡表面张力、动态表面张力、润湿和泡沫性能。结果表明,1009的浊点最高,LAE-9的浊点最低;含有酯基结构的LAE-9和FMEE-24-09耐碱性最差,AEO 9耐碱性最好;1009的临界胶束浓度(cmc)最大,LAE-9 cmc处的表面张力最低;1009、1309初始时的动态表面张力最低,LAE-9最高,且LAE-9表面张力达到平衡所需时间最长;1009、1309的润湿性好,LAE-9的润湿性较差;1309、AEO_(9)的起泡能力和泡沫稳定性最好。The performance of five nonionic surfactants(iso-decanol ethoxylates 1009,iso-tridecanol ethoxylates 1309,C_(12-14) fatty acid ethoxylates LAE-9,C_(12-14) fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylates FMEE-24-09 and C_(12-14) fatty alcohol ethoxylates AEO 9)with identical EO number(EO=9)and different hydrophobic tail structures were studied.Cloud point,alkali resistance,equilibrium surface tension,dynamic surface tension,wetting and foam performance of the five nonionic surfactants were tested.The results were as follows:the cloud point of 1009 was the highest and LAE-9 was the lowest;alkali resistance of LAE-9 and FMEE-24-09 with ester structure was the lowest,and the alkali resistance of AEO_(9) was the highest;1009 had the maximum critical micelle concentration(cmc)and LAE-9 had the minimum surface tension at cmc;the dynamic surface tension of 1009 and 1309 were the lowest at the beginning,the dynamic surface tension of LAE-9 was the highest,and the time required for LAE-9 surface tension to reach equilibrium was the longest;the wetting time of 1009 and 1309 was the shortest,and the wetting time of LAE-9 was the longest;the foam performance of the 1309 and AEO_(9) was the best.
