摘  要:以煤矸石、粉煤灰和煤矸石提铝提硅废液为主要原料制备烧结砖,研究废液掺量对烧结砖抗压性能的影响。结果表明,不掺加废液时,烧结砖的最佳配方为:煤矸石80%,粉煤灰20%,水固比为15%,烧结砖的抗压强度为29.78 MPa;废液替代水的量为50%时,烧结砖的抗压强度为24.97 MPa,满足MU20等级的要求。Coal gangue,fly ash and the waste liquid of aluminum and silicon extraction from coal gangue as main raw materials to prepare sinter brick,the effect of waste liquid content on the compressive properties of sintered brick was studied.The results show that the best formula of fired brick without waste liquid is 80% coal gangue,20% fly ash and 15% liquid-solid ratio.At this time,the compressive strength of sintered brick is 29.78 MPa.When the best amount of waste liquid is 50%,the compressive strength of sintered brick is 24.97 MPa.The waste liquid meets the requirements of MU20 grade.
