摘 要:建立序批式反应器,分析了不同温度下颗粒污泥对畜禽养殖废水脱氮除磷的影响。结果表明,颗粒污泥可有效处理畜禽养殖废水,并当温度由10℃提高至30℃,化学需氧量(COD)、氨氮及总磷(TP)的去除效率分别由70.6%~72.8%提高至80.6%~81.3%,71.2%~75.5%提高至85.6%~88.9%,75.8%提高至81.4%。此外,温度升高,促进了颗粒污泥的浓度及沉降性,促进了颗粒污泥内胞外聚合物(EPS)的含量,尤其是蛋白质(PN)的含量,当运行温度由10℃提高至30℃,PN的含量由46.5 mg/g升高至59.6 mg/g,元素分析表明温度升高促进了颗粒污泥内Na和Mg的百分比。A sequencing batch reactor was established,the effects of granular sludge on nitrogen and phosphorus removal of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater at different temperatures were analyzed.The results showed that the granular sludge could effectively treat livestock wastewater.When the temperature increased from 10℃ to 30℃,the removal efficiency of chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus(TP)increased from 70.6%~72.8% to 80.6%~81.3%,71.2%~75.5% to 85.6%~88.9% and 75.8% to 81.4%,respectively.In addition,the increase of temperature promoted the concentration and settleability of granular sludge.The increase of temperature promoted the content of EPS,especially the content of protein.When the temperature increased from 10℃ to 30℃,the content of PN increased from 46.5 mg/g to 59.6 mg/g.Element analysis showed that the increase of temperature promoted the percentage of Na and Mg in granular sludge.
