摘 要:由硫酸氧钒、纳米SiO_(2)和尿素合成了一种纳米钒酸催化剂DL,以水配制成纳米催化剂体系,分析了纳米催化剂加量、反应温度、水加量及裂解时间对管道中的稠油黏度影响。结果表明,在36 h、180℃和0.3%催化剂加量下,可使稠油降黏率达到92.3%,远高于普通硫酸钒AC的67.1%。A nano vanadate catalyst DL was synthesized from vanadyl sulfate,nano SiO_(2) and urea,the nanometer catalyst system was prepared from water.The effects of nano viscosity reducer dosage,reaction temperature,water dosage and cracking time on the viscosity of heavy oil in pipeline were analyzed.The results show that the viscosity reduction rate of heavy oil can reach 92.3% at 36 h,180℃ and 0.3% catalyst dosage,which is much higher than 67.1% of ordinary vanadium sulfate under the same conditions.
