摘  要:通过改变硅酸盐熔体结构对煤灰黏温特性进行调控,对气流床气化意义重大。在对硅酸盐熔体结构和黏温特性影响因素(灰渣成分、临界黏度温度、熔体结晶和气氛)分析的基础上,对单一添加剂(SiO_(2)、CaO、Na_(2)O和Fe_(2)O_(3))和煤灰组成关联比(硅铝比SiO_(2)/Al _(2)O_(3)、钙铁比CaO/Fe_(2)O_(3)、钙钠比CaO/Na_(2)O和钾钠比K_(2)O/Na_(2)O)对煤灰黏温特性的影响及其机理进行了系统的阐述。It is of great significance to regulate coal ash viscosity-temperature characteristics through the silicate melt structure variation for coal entrained-flow bed gasification.Based on the discussions of the factors affecting the structure and viscosity-temperature characteristics of silicate melt(ash composition,critical viscosity temperature,melt crystallization and atmosphere),the regulation of single additives(SiO_(2),CaO,Na_(2)O and Fe_(2)O_(3))and correlation ratio of coal ash components(the effects of different ratios silicon-aluminum ratio SiO_(2)/Al_(2)O_(3),calcium-iron ratio CaO/Fe_(2)O_(3),calcium-sodium ratio CaO/Na_(2)O and potassium-sodium ratio K_(2)O/Na_(2)O)on the viscosity-temperature characteristics and their variation mechanisms are discussed systematically.
