摘　　要：对相变材料进行了分类,总结了建筑用相变材料的特性,并概括了相变材料在建筑室外围护结构和建筑室内的应用以及相变材料在建筑室外围护结构和建筑室内的散热、储热、蓄冷性能。综述了相变材料在建筑节能中的研究进展,说明了相变材料的研究以及在建筑节能领域中的应用具有重要意义,最后对相变材料在未来建筑节能中的应用及研究方向进行了展望,为相变材料在建筑节能方面的研究及应用提供参考。This paper classifies phase change materials,summarizes the characteristics of phase change materials used in building,and summarizes the application of phase change materials in building exterior envelope and building interior,as well as the heat dissipation,heat storage,and cold storage performance of phase change materials in building exterior envelope and building interior.And also reviews the research progress of phase change materials in building energy efficiency,illustrates the research of phase change materials and the application in the field of building energy efficiency is of great significance,at last the application of phase change materials building energy efficiency in the future and the research direction was discussed,for the research and application of phase change materials in building energy efficiency to provide the reference.
