摘 要:对乙炔与1,2-二氯乙烷反应体系进行了热力学计算,使用AspenPlus11.0中的RGibbs反应器模块,并结合灵敏度分析工具,对不同情况下各产物在100~450℃下的平衡收率进行了计算;采用REquil反应器模块并结合灵敏度分析工具对1,2-二氯乙烷裂解反应、乙炔氢氯化反应以及二者协同反应在100~600℃下的平衡收率进行了计算。结果表明,1,2-二氯乙烷裂解反应为强吸热反应,在标准状态下不能自发进行。乙炔与1,2-二氯乙烷协同反应为微放热反应,反应在标准状态下能自发进行;乙炔平衡转化率随温度提高逐渐降低。非聚合副反应对氯乙烯收率影响很小,但聚合副反应对氯乙烯收率影响很大,主要生成氯丁二烯。二氯乙烷裂解与乙炔氢氯化协同反应氯乙烯收率随着温度上升而降低。The thermodynamic property of acetylene and 1,2-dichloroethane reaction system was calculated.The RGibbs reactor modules of AspenPlus11.0,combined with the sensitivity tool,was used to calculated the equilibrium yield rate in the different cases in 100~450℃.The REquil reactor modules of Aspen11.0 combined with the sensitivity tool,was used to calculated the equilibrium yield rate in the three cases of 1,2-dichloroethane cracking reaction,acetylene hydrochlorination reaction and cooperative reaction of both in 100~600℃.The results show that the cracking reaction of 1,2-dichloroethane is a strong endothermic reaction and cannot occur spontaneously in the standard condition.The reaction of acetylene and 1,2-dichloroethane is slightly exothermic reaction and can occur spontaneously in the standard condition.With the temperature growing the acetylene equilibrium conversion rate decreases.The non-polymerization side reaction has little effect on the yield of vinyl chloride,but the polymerization side reaction has a great influence on the yield of vinyl chloride.Main of reaction product is chloroprene.With the temperature growing the acetylene equilibrium conversion rate of the acetylene and 1,2-dichloroethane reaction decreases.
