医院处方点评的现状分析

摘　　要：处方是医生对患者用药的书面文件,是药剂人员调配药品的依据,具有法律、技术、经济责任。处方的合理性直接影响患者的用药安全,也反映了医院的合理用药水平。处方点评是提升医疗机构处方质量、保障医疗安全的重要手段。对医疗机构处方点评的现状,如处方点评制度的建立、点评结果的分析、点评的作用和影响、合理用药软件的应用以及点评制度的不足等问题进行综述。Prescription is the written document of the doctor to the patient,and it is the basis for the pharmacy personnel to allocate drugs.It has legal,technical,and economic responsibilities.The rationality of prescription not only directly affects the safety of patients,but also reflects the level of rational drug use in hospitals.Prescription comment is an important means to improve the quality of prescription in medical institutions and ensure medical safety.This paper reviews the current situation of prescription comment in medical institutions,such as the establishment of a prescription review system,the analysis of review results,the role and influence of reviews,the application of rational drug use software,and the inadequacies of the review system.
