身痛逐瘀汤加味联合穴位注射治疗原发性骨质疏松症82例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨身痛逐瘀汤加味联合穴位注射治疗原发性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取82例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分成两组,对照组采用口服钙尔奇D及阿仑磷酸钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用身痛逐瘀汤加味联合黄芪注射液穴位注射,观察两组治疗前及12周后骨密度、临床症状改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗12周后骨密度值均较治疗前增加(P<0.01),并且观察组提高水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗12周后中医临床症状积分均下降(P<0.05),观察组较对照组下降更大(P<0.01)。观察组总有效率(90.4%)显著高于对照组(77.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对原发性骨质疏松症,在钙尔奇D及阿仑磷酸钠等常规治疗基础上,加用身痛逐瘀汤加味联合黄芪注射液穴位注射可显著改善患者骨密度及临床症状。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupoint inj ection in the treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods:82 cases with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Caltrate and Alendronate Sodium,while the observation group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupoint inj ection of Astragalus Membranaceus injection on the basis of the control group,then observe the bone density and clinical symptoms of the two groups before treatment and after 12 weeks.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,the bone desity of the two groups increased,and the level of the observation group was significantly highter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the TCM clinical symptom scores of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the observation group(90.4%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.5%)(P<0.01).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,Shentong Zhuyu Decoction combined with acupoint injection of Astragalus injection can significantly improve the bone density and clinical symptoms of patients with primary osteoporosis.
