摘　　要：目的:建立基于君药活性成分的风寒咳喘方含量同时测定方法,以此为指标评价该颗粒的质量。方法:含量测定采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),使用Waters Xbridge XDB C18色谱柱(柱长25cm,直径0.46cm,粒径5μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.2%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,程序:0~5min,5-5%A;5~15min,5-20%A;15~25min,20-75%A,25~30min,75-5%A;检测波长:210nm,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃,进样量10μL;测定指标为盐酸麻黄碱和苦杏仁苷,共选取10批风寒咳喘方进行测定。结果:10批颗粒中,盐酸麻黄碱的含量范围在1.030~1.499mg/mL,苦杏仁苷则在0.728~1.032mg/mL。结论:本文所用方法快速、准确,所测成分具有代表性,可用于风寒咳喘方的质量评价。Objective:To establish simultaneous content determination method for Fenghan Kechuan Formula based on its active components in monarch drugs,and to evaluate the granule’s quality according to it.Methods:HPLC method was used for content determination,with a Waters Xbridge XDB C18 colunm(column length 25 cm,inner diameter 0.46 cm,particle size 5μm),and acetonitrile(A)-0.2% phosphoric acid(B) as mobile phase,the gradient program was:0~5 min,5-5%A;5~15 min,5-20%A;15~25 min,20-75%A;25~30 min,75-5%A;detection wavelength:210 nm,flow rate:1.0 mL/min,column temperature:30 ℃,injection volume:10μL;analysis used ephedrina hydrochloridum and amygdalin as indexes,and 10 batches of granule were selected to be analyzed.Results:in 10 batches of samples,ephedrina hydrochloridum content lied in the range of 1.030~1.499 mg/mL,and that of amygdalin was 0.728~1.032 mg/mL.Conclusion:The method used in our paper was fast and accurate,the component chosen was representative,which proven to be suitable for quality evaluation of Fenghan Kechuan Formula.
