摘　　要：大量研究证实自闭症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorder,ASD)患者存在面部表情加工方面的特异性表现,本文回顾了ASD患者面部表情加工的最新研究进展,认为ASD患者面部表情加工特异性可能受面部表情强度、面部表情呈现方式和ASD患者个体差异等因素影响,并通过ASD患者的面孔注视模式及其生理机制加以解释,未来研究可考虑从ASD患者社会信息加工能力的发展进程、ASD患者内部的个体差异等角度进一步探讨ASD患者面部表情加工的内在机制。A large number of studies have confirmed that people with autism spectrum disorder(ASD)are special at facial expression processing.This article reviews the latest research about the specificity of facial expression processing in ASD patients,and believes that the specificity of facial expression processing in ASD patients may be affected by factors such as the intensity of facial expressions,the ways of presenting facial expressions,and the individual differences of ASD patients,and it is explained by the face fixation pattern and its physiological mechanism of ASD patients.Future research can further explore the internal mechanism of facial expression processing in ASD patients from the perspective of the development process of social information processing ability of ASD patients and the individual differences within ASD patients.
