摘 要:采用Al^(3+)/K^(+)离子交换法从难溶性含钾矿物黑云母中提取出可溶性钾并制备水铝云母。采用X-射线衍射与X射线荧光光谱对水铝云母的物相和化学组成进行分析,探究了反应时间与pH值对黑云母提钾率的影响及机理,同时通过电化学工作站测定了水铝云母的电化学性能。结果表明:溶液pH和反应时间分别为1.2和8 h时,提钾率达到最大值91.4%,且水铝云母仍具有层状硅酸盐结构。水铝云母的放电比电容为14.86 F/g,较黑云母(0.32 F/g)有明显提高。The hydrated Al-mical was prepared by using Al^(3+)/K^(+) ion exchange method to extract soluble potassium from the poorly soluble potassium-containing mineral biotite and its phase and chemical composition were characterized by X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy.The effects of reaction time and pH on the potassium extraction rate of biotite were investigated.Moreover,the electrochemical performance of biotite and hydrated Al-mical were determined by electrochemical work station.The results indicate that the maximum efficiency of potassium extraction reaches 91.4% when the reaction time is 8 h at pH 1.2,and the layer structure of silicate for the hydrated Al-mical keeps well.Electrochemical results show that the hydrated Al-mical delivers high specific capacitance of 14.86 F/g,which is much higher than that of biotite(0.32 F/g).
