摘 要:目的探讨持续1年吸入低剂量糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘(哮喘)患儿身高的影响。方法回顾性研究。收集2018年1-12月河北省儿童医院门诊确诊为轻、中度哮喘患儿42例,年龄5(4)岁,年龄范围为4-11岁,分为2组,治疗组25例,对照组17例。2组基础治疗均口服孟鲁司特,其中治疗组在口服孟鲁司特基础上加用沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂,对照组单用口服孟鲁司特。观察治疗前、治疗半年及1年后的身高及身高增长变化,同时行2组患儿比较,并比较治疗组治疗前、治疗半年及1年后肺功能。结果治疗组哮喘患儿身高及身高增长变化在治疗半年及1年后与对照组哮喘患儿相比差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05),治疗组哮喘患儿肺功能较治疗前改善。结论持续1年吸入低剂量糖皮质激素治疗对哮喘患儿身高无明显影响,且能有效改善哮喘患儿肺功能。Objective To investigate the effect of continuous inhalation of low-dose glucocorticoid for one year on the height of children with bronchial asthma(asthma).Methods This was a retrospective study.A total of 42 children with mild and moderate asthma were retrospectively collected in Hebei Children′s Hospital from January to December 2018,aged 5(4)years old,ranging from 4 to 11 years old,were divided into two groups,treatment group(n=25)and control group(n=17).Both groups were treated with oral montelukast,treatment group was treated with salmeterol and fluticasone powder inhalation on the basis of oral montelukast,while control group was treated with oral montelukast alone.The height and height growth changes were observed before treatment,half a year and one year after treatment,two groups were compared at the same time,and the lung function values of the treatment group was compared before treatment,half a year and one year after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in height and height growth changes between the treatment group and the control group after half a year and one year of treatment(all P>0.05),and the lung function values of asthmatic children in treatment group were improved compared with that before treatment.Conclusions Continuous inhalation of low-dose glucocorticoid for one year has no significant effect on the height of asthmatic children,and can effectively improve the lung function values of asthmatic children.
